Onyx is a full point of sale for independent stores. It trades offline and syncs when the connection comes back, and it handles purchasing and invoices, not just the sale.

  • Offline first. Sales carry on without a connection and sync when it returns.
  • Purchasing and receiving. Goods received and supplier invoices captured against them.
  • Price changes flagged. Every invoice line compared with the last price you paid for that product.

Jasper

Count what the bakery makes, not just what it sells.

Jasper runs stock for the departments that turn ingredients into products. When a batch is made, its recipe deducts the ingredients, so stock is right before anything reaches the till.

  • Recipes and production runs. Each production run deducts its recipe’s ingredients at the moment it is made.
  • Receiving with temperatures. Deliveries booked in with temperature checks, and a warning when the price suggests packs were counted as singles.
  • Price alerts. Invoice prices compared with the last purchase of the same product.
